• Submitting a form does not create a service appointment. We will follow up to confirm details, and we generally respond within one business day.

Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to text messages. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time. How we handle the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

Estimates and Pricing

Local estimates are provided free of charge. If your property is outside our immediate local service area, call us to confirm availability and estimate details. Any pricing discussed by phone or shown in an estimate is based on the information available at that time. If conditions at the property turn out to be materially different from what was described, pricing and scope may need to change, and we will discuss that with you before proceeding.

Senior and military discounts may be available for qualifying customers. Ask about current discount options when scheduling.

Service Expectations

Pest control depends on many factors we do not control, including the species involved, the condition and construction of the property, surrounding properties, weather, seasonal pest pressure, sanitation, and whether recommended preparation steps are completed. For that reason:

• We do not guarantee that any single treatment will eliminate a pest problem permanently.
• Any guarantee, warranty, or re-service commitment that applies to your job will be stated in your written estimate or service agreement.
• Following the preparation and follow-up instructions your technician provides materially affects results.

Superior Pest Management provides termite inspections and termite treatment options when active termite concerns or evidence of termite activity are present. We do not offer termite monitoring or preventative termite treatment plans.
